I think that quality baking makes the world a better and brighter place.  I grew up with a wonderful mom who used to bake family recipes passed on from generations before her.  After working in the corporate world and then having my own children, I realized baking was what I love and get alot of joy from. I have years tweaking old recipes and developing new ones and am excited to share them with you!
